I’ve been working in the real estate industry for many years now and have seen the ups and downs this market can bring. I have been a full-time realtor since 2005. I have become a knowledgeable realtor, from the very basics, such as the entire process of buying and selling homes, condos and other real estate in Edmonton, to the field of home renovation and new home construction – I have come across it all. As a custom home builder, I specialize in mature neighbourhood infill properties. My training in R2000 and Green Building practices, ranging from above average Energuide ratings to Net Zero have helped me tailor homes for my clients. I do not work alone and in this business a strong, capable and reliable network of helpers like real estate inspectors, lawyers, mortgage brokers and more are an essential part of the team that makes every real estate transaction run smoothly and successfully. I’m considered by many of my peers and many clients I have worked with to be a strong negotiator and with my knowledge of the Edmonton market, it is a combo that is unmatched.
I’d like to think that I am able to offer any client almost any kind of real estate service but I would instead like to say I can offer a wide range of services that captures a large majority of the real estate market needs. These include New Construction, Investments, Relocation, Foreclosure Property, Condominiums and more. From buying real estate to selling it, I consider the opportunity to work with my clients as a chance to shine for them. I aim to please and that may be part of the reason why I am a highly referred realtor. I am thankful that my previous clients think so highly of me and their help has contributed to the success of my business, and it has placed me at a position as one of the top producers in the Edmonton real estate marketplace. I suppose being reliable, honest, trustworthy, efficient, patient and a man of integrity with strong communication skills has fostered strong bonds with my clients – enough for them to refer family, friends and others for their real estate concerns. Perhaps for some it is the completely ethical manner in which I conduct business while always getting the job done in a prompt and in the most advantageous way for my clients. In a way, our relationship will boil down to the end result, and while I do value every bit, this is the most important and I make sure not to let any of my clients down.
My business has grown strong with several solid marketing strategies, these have worked for many clients and I am always tweaking them to keep them on the cutting edge. Part of these strategies is the listing package which includes: professional photos, virtual tours, a home staging consultation, detailed property descriptions, and open houses. The listing package also creates a strong online presence of your listing through various websites and social media outlets. Combined, these optimize the impact and in effect speed up the entire process. My fees for listing are very competitive within the marketplace, and the quality of my service is fair and completely justified.
Let me represent your best interests, I can help find suitable properties and I can help with that property sale. Through my connections with other professionals with due diligence buying and selling that piece of real estate should be completed in the soonest possible time that is in your best interest. By becoming a client you also help me support some foundations for children, each transaction that I complete, either with a seller or buyer, a portion of my commissions go to the Stollery Children’s Hospital and Children’s Miracle Network.
